Overcoming the probiotic hurdle of long-life and shelf-stability

Anlit has introduced shelf-stable technology for probiotics, following four years of R&D. The supplement developer and manufacturer has also added long-life probiotic (LLP) bites to its portfolio. David Gabbay, VP Sales & Marketing at Anlit also said at CPhI Worldwide 2019 that the company now plans to work with big suppliers in the probiotic space who use well-known strains supported by strong scientific backing to boost NPD.
