Biofach 2025: Goodmoodfood launches cocoa and mushroom blend for immunity and cognition

Simon Ehinger, the CEO of Goodmoodfood, told us the company’s new Vitalpilz Kakao mixes offer a convenient way to add medicinal mushrooms to a daily diet. The company combines cocoa powder with “vital mushrooms” chaga, cordyceps, lion’s mane, and reishi to help boost the immune system, energy levels, and brain health. Ehinger detailed the health benefits associated with these mushrooms. He said the company focuses on extracts with a higher concentration of polysaccharides and beta-glucans, bioactive compounds in mushrooms that help support the immune system.
