Precision health and longevity company Human Longevity (HLI) has released Genomics for All, a clinical-grade whole genome sequencing program that sequences all 6.4 billion base pairs of an individual’s DNA. Without requiring clinic visits, the HLI app delivers AI-interpreted results spanning health-related traits across nutrition, metabolism, and exercise response.
Programmed to identify the biological mechanisms of aging and generate predictive health care advice, the system is based on HLI’s multimodal clinical and genomic datasets gathered from across more than 10,000 clients.
Its genomic analysis can generate insights on a person’s genetic predispositions for diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, body mass index, longevity traits, and how they respond to specific diets. Additionally, its proprietary algorithm quantifies users’ predisposition to heart attack and coronary artery disease.

Beyond clinical grade
HLI says that consumer ancestry tests typically analyze less than 0.02% of the genome using single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) chip technology, which is a laboratory tool used to detect single-letter DNA changes.
Genomics for All claims to sequence the entire genome at 30-times the clinical-grade depth, which is the standard coverage required for medically meaningful interpretation.
According to the company, this results in a “fundamentally different class of information.” Across more than 10,000 genetic variants, it says the system can identify inherited disease risk while flagging any pharmacogenomic markers that may affect how individuals respond to common drugs like statins and GLP-1 medications. It can also screen for carrier status in hereditary conditions.

HLI explains that while the human genome itself does not change, the company can re-analyze each client’s genomic data whenever new disease-gene associations emerge through research or updated clinical guidelines.
Whenever a new clinically relevant finding emerges, HLI says it will alert affected clients, often within 24 hours of publication. “This transforms a one-time sequencing event into a continuously evolving health resource,” highlights the company.
AI-fueled genomic tracking
Genomics for All is integrated within a wider AI-driven platform. This set of precision health programs include comprehensive assessments that combine advanced imaging and biomarker panels.
In May 2026, the company launched Human Life Foundation Models, which is an AI entity it developed through a partnership with Insilico Medicine, a clinical-stage generative AI biotechnology company.
The multimillion-dollar collaboration aims to develop what it calls the “industry’s first large-scale AI foundation model dedicated to longevity science.”
Personalized longevity
Supplementing for longevity is a trend that increasingly intersects with personalized nutrition, as more consumers are proactively taking action on their health through dietary protocols that evolve with them over time.
Backed by a dietitian network in the US, Nourish recently launched its Nourish Labs program, which offers patients free cardiometabolic lab testing that integrates directly into ongoing care. National lab partners translate this blood work into a personalized plan patients can “understand, take action, and sustain.”
Next to more personalized offerings, supplements are transitioning from single “hero” ingredient formulas toward multiproduct ecosystems. Speaking to Nutrition Insight, Solaray spotlighted its stackable longevity product line that targets multiple areas of aging through clinically studied ingredient formulas, rather than standalone health goals.
In other recent category news, Prenetics Global, parent of David Beckham’s co-founded longevity supplement IM8, closed US$1 billion in growth financing from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund last month. Since the label’s NASA research-backed powdered drinks launched in December 2024, it has expanded rapidly in direct-to-consumer supplements — reportedly scaling to over US$200 million in revenue.
