GNC to distribute PlantFuel’s premium plant-based supplements
14 May 2021 --- PlantFuel, a plant-based nutritional brand, is launching by August 2021 thanks to a distribution deal with GNC.
PlantFuel is a dietary supplement line that is positioned as environmentally friendly and sustainably packaged. It provides the consumer with safe, plant-based foods.

First products available at GNC
GNC is initially promoting five PlantFuel products:
The All-in-One Pre- Workout product is used to support exercise success and rejuvenation. It contains nitric oxide, vegan-fermented citrulline, glycerol and Amla fruit. It also contains 250 mg of Purcaf Organic Caffeine plus 85 mg of Dynamine to increase perceived energy and alertness. The initial flavor offerings include Fruit Punch, Watermelon and Blue Raspberry.
All-in-One Nutrition supports the immune system health due to the presence of clinically studied beta-glucan. It contains 20g of complete plant-based protein as well as 29 fruits and vegetables. The initial flavor offerings include Chocolate and Vanilla.
All-in-One Recovery contains vegan creatine and vegan BetaPrime, which reduce soreness and recovery time as well as optimizing muscle protein synthesis. It provides vegan fermented BCCAs as InstAminos with essential amino acids as vegan Amino9. The initial flavor offerings include Blood Orange and Berry Breeze.
Performance Protein delivers 2 0g of complete, plant-fuelled protein with added vegan-fermented BCAAs as InsAminos and PeakO2 performance mushrooms. The initial flavor offerings include Chocolate and Vanilla.
Daily Immunity and Hydration strengthens the immune system as it contains clinically proven ingredient, Wellmune. It also contains Aquamin, a calcified sea algae that provides superior hydration qualities. PlantFuel Daily Immunity and Hydration fuels a daily active lifestyle. The initial flavor offerings include Citrus Burst, Tropica; Punch and Raspberry Lemonade.
Rise in plant-based nutrition demand
Consumers are interested in product solutions that use advanced plant-based ingredient options, which enable athletes to reach peak performance while also optimizing their health.
Innova Market Insights reveals that plant-based or vegan claims on supplements grew by 34 percent between 2015 and 2019 and show no sign of slowing down.
Consumers are also keen to learn about the source of their food with three in five global consumers stating that they are interested in learning more about where their food comes from and how it is made.
PlantFuel Life previously landed a series of supplier agreements with leading ingredient manufacturers.
Clinically verified, banned substance-tested ingredients are used in all PlantFuel products to help athletes break through plateaus and supposedly maintain nutrition, durability or taste.
PlantFuel specializes in sports nutrition with distinct offerings for pre-workout, recovery and daily health and immune system support.
GNC expands to a global market

GNC also released more than 33 new products in China in the past year, with the company’s business increasing by nearly 150 percent.
