Bio Omegas presented their range of Sacha Inchi oils, capsules and chia concepts, “which are native to South America and high in protein and high in omega 3, 6 and 9,” Ana Johnson tells NutritionInsight. Aji Amarillo is one of the most frequently used chilies in Peru and the company also presented their dips and sauces made using ingredients native to Peru.
