At the publication launch of the first pilot’s outcomes in Foodvalley’s Vitality via Personalized Nutrition Solutions (VIPS) program, we caught up with Dr. Judith van der Horst-Graat, the organization’s innovation lead for Food and Health, to discuss the trial’s main outcomes where organizations combined personalized nutrition services and products into one offering.
