Rousselot’s Global Application Center manager, Tim De Lange, revealed sugar-reduced marshmallows and an ImmuniBoost Gummy Cap, a soft and liquid-center gummy featuring a zinc-infused shell and vitamin C at its core. De Lange says the company is aiming to make confectionary healthier. He also talks about the versatility of Rousselot’s collagen peptides, Nextida GC, which suppresses glucose spikes post-meals.
