EU CBD: Innovation is ahead of legislation

According to Eral Osmanoglou, MD of Becanex, innovation is ahead of legislation regarding CBD in the EU. As the regulatory rules in the area are cloudy, it can be a difficult area to operate. However, in many countries, such as the Netherlands, the regulation change is not being policed, and the market is rising around the EU. He also speculates that within a few years CBD will be accepted, as well as recreational cannabis.
