Key takeaways
- Grow in Health has launched Grow Flex, a joint health supplement designed for mobility, performance, and long-term musculoskeletal health under the KumbreX brand.

- Grow Flex addresses consumer demand for effective, fast-acting mobility solutions, with ingredients backed by scientific research.

Spanish nutraceutical company Grow in Health has launched Grow Flex, a joint health complex under its KumbreX brand, reflecting its focus on combining performance nutrition with long-term musculoskeletal health.
Grow in Health says it focuses on pharmaceutical-style nutraceuticals for performance and healthy aging.
The new product features 100 mg of the clinically studied Boswellia serrata extract AprésFlex 5-Day Joint Support from PLT Health Solutions, known for its fast-acting benefits on mobility, joint comfort, and physical performance at a low dose.
It also contains 40 mg of undenatured type II collagen, 33.25 mg of hyaluronic acid, 80 mg of vitamin C, and 2 mg of manganese. These nutrients have been selected as they support cartilage structure, joint lubrication, and connective tissue health.

The U.S. News & World Report released its Best OTC (over-the-counter) Medicine & Health Products report yesterday, which spotlighted collagen peptides as the top trending product category in 2026, driven by consumer demand for targeted solutions for longevity and mobility support.
“Mobility is one of the most important performance issues for athletes and active individuals,” says Blanca Rodríguez, managing director of Grow in Health.
“Joint discomfort and stiffness can compromise training consistency, recovery, and overall performance. With Grow Flex, we wanted to build a formula that supports both mobility and structural joint health so people can continue to move, train, and perform at their best.”

The KumbreX brand focuses on science-driven solutions supporting healthy aging, recovery, and performance by targeting mechanisms linked to oxidative stress, inflammation, and connective tissue integrity.
Grow Flex contains PLT Health Solutions’ patented AprésFlex, which has been shown to be 52% more potent than other commercially available B. serrata gum resin extract due to the oral bioavailability of the active component acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid.
AprésFlex has demonstrated improvements in joint comfort at a low dose of 100 mg daily after five days of consumption. PLT Health notes it has also been shown to reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, enhance physical performance metrics, and improve overall joint function.
“When it comes to mobility, there can be a disconnect between what consumers want and what existing solutions deliver. Too often, natural joint and muscle health solutions require large doses that take weeks or even months to show improvements, and the science backing these ingredients doesn’t support what consumers are looking for,” says Steve Fink, VP of Marketing for PLT Health Solutions.
PLT Health Solutions also recently launched a clinically backed joint strength ingredient, Kinexa Joint Longevity Complex, designed for lasting, foundational joint strength support. The ingredient is backed by a clinical study demonstrating how it improves the health of multiple joint structures.
The demand for joint health supplements has seen an increase among younger consumers who want to live an active life for longer. It is also partly driven by new technologies that help consumers track mobility and recovery. In response, the nutrition industry is exploring solutions that meet the demands of healthy, active young adults and an aging population.
