High-protein breakfast brand Eleat has acquired Clasado’s consumer supplement range based on its proprietary galactooligosaccharide (GOS) Bimuno. Following the divestment, Clasado will be focusing on its core B2B sales of the prebiotic ingredient. Eleat now owns Bimuno’s finished supplement product line and customer base, as well as the license rights to continue commercializing a consumer product containing Bimuno GOS as its sole active ingredient in the UK.
