Diversity of group companies
The Bioriginal Group of Companies comprises several specialized entities, each contributing to the organization’s comprehensive capabilities in nutritional ingredients and solutions for the human health, functional food, and animal nutrition markets.

Bioriginal itself acts as a global supplier of nutritional ingredients and provides turnkey solutions for food, nutraceutical, and animal nutrition applications, operating across its divisions in North America (Canada), EMEA (the Netherlands), and Asia (Japan).
Complementing this is Cyvex Nutrition, based in the US, which focuses on sustainably sourced, condition-specific ingredients for dietary supplements, food and beverage, and animal nutrition products.
In Germany, the century-old Kroppenstedter Ölmühle processes premium oils, flours, and press cakes for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and renewable applications.
Canada-based POS Biosciences, which Bioriginal acquired last year, is a food-tech innovator specializing in high-value oil and protein extraction. It provides R&D, process development, manufacturing, and analytical services.
For manufacturing, the US-based Softgel Co. is a full-service provider offering formulation, encapsulation, and packaging capabilities.
Finally, the Netherlands-based The Fatory serves as a leading European private label manufacturer for the pet nutrition industry, specializing in omega food toppers, sheep fat treats, and tailored formulations with “full turnkey support.”
Bioriginal has also launched a new website showcasing the group’s diverse companies. It details that this page will serve as a central hub where partners can explore the network’s global operations, understand the distinct expertise of each company, and see how the integrated supply chain delivers innovation and value across human and animal nutrition markets.”
