Vitafoods Asia 2025: Morinaga Milk unveils postbiotic to improve mood

At the recent Vitafoods Asia trade show, we talked to Saki Yamashita, the assistant manager in the Marketing Group for Morinaga Milk’s Functional Food Ingredients Division. She introduced LAC-Living+, a postbiotic developed to help maintain a positive mood through the gut-brain axis. Yamashita said the recently launched ingredient was the “highlight of the show” and is backed by several clinical studies.
