Biofach 2025: Iswari unveils “nutritional powerhouse” powder for immunity and gut health

Tiago Vilela de Sousa, head of marketing at Iswari, told us the company specializes in creating healthy breakfast options, such as buckwheat porridges, pancake mixes, and plant-based proteins. At the recent Biofach trade show, Iswari launched its organic All in One — Super Greens mix, a supplement powder with 15 fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, and algae to help fill nutritional gaps. The powder claims to support gut health and immunity and helps boost energy and metabolism.

I'm here at Bach 2025 with Thiago Villela, who is the head of marketing at Eswari.
Thank you for joining us today.
And I wanted to ask because you have lots of products, can you tell us a little bit about what you're showcasing here at Bio?
First of all, thank you for the interview.
So we are showcasing part of our product assortment.
We have a long, long list of products, as you may have seen.
Our expertise goes for the first meal of the day, which is the breakfast.
So besides buckwheat porridges, oat porridges, we also have pancake mixes, and on top of that, your usual vegan proteins, snacks, protein snacks, and we're just launching new products as.
Yes, and I saw that the all in one product.
Can you talk a little bit about what it is, how you developed it?
We look at the market nowadays and we see a lot of different blends with greens, with spirulina, lorella, wheat grass, but none of them is really easy to take because you need to add some apple juice or pineapple juice.
Because they taste awful.
So we felt the need to, to develop such a product with, with your super greens, but gave, giving it a different flavor.
And, on top of this, adding new, new, new ingredients and new benefits.
So what we came up with, the organic super greens all in one.
It has 15 ingredients.
And in those 15 ingredients we had.
Of the spirulina, and wheatgrass, we had the pea protein, we had maca, we added beetroot, we had cacao, we added apple fiber.
So basically what we've come up with is a powerhouse, a nutritional powerhouse that has multiple benefits not only for the gut, for the immune system, and also to support your energy levels.
So this is what we had in mind when we developed such products and The most, the best part of it is you can just add it with water and have it, you know, which is really practical for your activity and busy life.
Awesome, interesting, and you mentioned already some health benefits.
Have you done any research or what can you tell us about the health benefits of the all in one or your products in general?
The health benefits, they are coming mostly for the ingredients that we use, so.
And we do the research, has been ongoing for the last 15 years.
We have the Isuary, was founded in 2010 and spirulina was actually one of the products that we started to, to sell.
So, and, and this is, is, is, is not new to the market.
The spirulina, the plural, it's benefits, the, the cleanse the body, the, the, detoxification.
So there are known benefits.
So we just mixed everything, you know, and got the best of each ingredient.

And I'm also curious, I've seen so many different things here at BOA already.
So what are some of the market trends that you've seen that the all in one product responds to or your other breakfast products as?
I guess a huge trend right now is the gut health.
Also the collagen.
It's, it's quite a big trend.
I guess, this, this all in one, goes to the gut, more to the gut health trend.
