Vitafoods Asia 2025: Activ’Inside’s cellulite, sleep and beauty supplement innovations
Activ’Inside is showcasing a lineup of clinically validated nutricosmetic ingredient innovations in the wellness and beauty supplements arena at Vitafoods Asia 2025 (September 17–19).
Product highlights at the event include Celluvine, a cellulite-controlling solution; Safr’Inside for Sleep, a finalist at the NutraIngredients Awards; and Belight3, the winner in the “Beauty From Within” category.
Additionally, Activ’Inside is spotlighting a soon-to-be-published clinical study on Hair’Inside, its revitalizing hair health formula.
Tackling the root of cellulite
Activ’Inside research highlights that the Asia-Pacific cellulite solution market is booming, valued at US$287.7 million in 2022 and is forecasted to rapidly grow at a CAGR of 12.3% into 2030.
Harnessing this momentum, the company has released Celluvine, a patented formula designed to tackle the root causes of cellulite — impaired circulation, collagen breakdown, and oxidative stress.
A study of 40 women revealed that daily supplementation with Celluvine led to improvements in both objective and subjective parameters. Notably, 70% of women recorded a “noticeable reduction” in the “orange peel appearance” of their skin, while 88% saw a reduction in body fat, averaging 12.4%.
Nearly all participants (98%) saw a reduction in circumference in at least one area of their body, while 80% lost an average of 2.3 kg. The company reports benefits lasted for a month after stopping supplementation.

Safr’Inside for sleep
Activ’Inside’s full-spectrum saffron extract, Safr’Inside, was a 2025 NutraIngredients Awards ingredient finalist in the “Mind and Mood” category. The patented ingredient claims to support mood-balancing and destressing benefits but is now being positioned toward better sleep.
Two recent clinical papers showcase Safr’Inside’s ability to “significantly improve” sleep quality by targeting the gut-sleep-brain axis. It also works at a small dose of 20 mg in 21 days.
The extract is rich in safranal (0.2% HPLC), a vital component often lost in traditional saffron extraction processes.
Brightening nutricosmetic and hair care advances
Activ’Inside’s Belight3 is a nutricosmetic ingredient clinically proven to brighten skin and reduce dark spots in 11 days, receiving the 2025 NutraIngredients “Beauty From Within” Award.
Clinical research supports that with 42 days of daily supplementation with 280 mg of Hair’Inside, participants saw a significant increase in hair density.Clinical trial participants supplementing with the ingredient showed an overall skin lightening of 24.5%, with a “significant reduction” in dark spots when compared to the placebo.
In the Asia-Pacific market, hyperpigmentation is a major concern due to genetic factors and high sun exposure.
Among other developments in hair care, Activ’Inside will present a soon-to-be-published clinical study that further supports the efficacy of its revitalizing hair formula, Hair’Inside. With this upcoming paper, the company seeks to reinforce the ingredient’s efficacy in treating hair loss and overall hair beauty.
The study involved a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial on 66 healthy women. It demonstrated that after 42 days of daily supplementation with 280 mg of Hair’Inside, participants saw a significant increase in hair density, an unprecedented speed for a nutricosmetic formula.
After 84 days, the study revealed hair loss had reduced by 51.3%, with a “notable improvement” in hair shine.
In recent activities abroad, Activ’Inside reached a regulatory milestone with the approval of wild blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium) to be included in its dietary supplement, as per list three of Belgium’s Royal Order (Arrêté Royal). The “rare success” expedites the market entry for the company’s ingredient, Memophenol, across Europe.
