Order AI introduces smart diet tracking app to help with healthier restaurant ordering
Order AI, a health-tech company operating in Boston, US, has released its new AI app to facilitate healthier dining choices when ordering in or eating out at restaurants. “Unlike traditional diet or tracking apps, Menu – Order AI focuses on real-world decision-making,” details the company.
The AI engine scans restaurant and delivery menus in real time to determine which options align best with users’ health goals, from high-protein preferences to diets that are GLP-1 friendly, low-carbohydrate, or low in Weight Watchers points.
The app provides personalized meal suggestions within seconds, helping users make “confident, health-aligned decisions without restriction or confusion.”

Synergizing machine learning and nutritional advice
The company’s AI framework blends machine learning and natural-language processing to analyze menu data, nutritional content, and ingredient context.
Looking ahead, Menu – Order AI is actively developing “AGI-driven personalization.” This feature will dynamically adapt the app to each user’s habits, preferences, and evolving wellness goals, essentially teaching it to “think like a nutrition coach.”

The launch follows a string of new digital meal platforms that have debuted this year. In August, MyNetDiary recently introduced PlateAI, a personalized diet and wellness app that combines instant AI-powered food logging with real-time nutrition coaching and health tools.
Earlier this year, Noom upgraded its GLP-1 weight management app to accompany new weight loss drug therapies. Lifesum also offered an AI-powered Multimodal Tracker to analyze meal and calorie intake through photo, voice, text, or barcode scanning.
Also, DexCom recently upgraded its over-the-counter glucose biosensor with AI photo logging for smarter diet tracking.
