Blending botanicals with science: NXT USA’s portfolio at Expo West 2026
Key takeaways
- NXT USA will showcase clinically validated botanical ingredients for women’s health, healthy aging, digestion, joints, and metabolism at Expo West 2026.
- Highlighted ingredients include Xeya Modern Shatarvi, BluNAD Booster, Digexin, and TamaFlex.
- The portfolio is positioned around four validation pillars providing clinical data for natural ingredients.

NXT USA will unveil science-driven innovations at Natural Products Expo West 2026 in Anaheim, California, US, from March 3–6. During the event, the nutraceutical leader will showcase its expanded portfolio of ingredients designed for functional and natural brands.
The company says its presence at the show is reflecting continued momentum for its proprietary ingredients for women’s health, digestive health, healthy aging, joints, and metabolic wellness.
“We’re stoked to return to Expo West and connect with brands that are looking for differentiated, evidence-based ingredient solutions,” says Todd Runestad, chief storytelling officer of NXT USA.
“As consumer expectations rise, formulators need ingredients that deliver real-world results, supported by strong clinical validation. Expo West is the ideal environment to have those conversations.”

Four pillars of validation
One of the ingredients to be put in the spotlight is Xeya Modern Shatarvi for women’s hormonal balance. It has a high potency at low doses of 50 mg or 100 mg, the lowest on the market, according to the company.
Two human clinical trials have shown that it can balance hormone levels and support reproductive and menopausal health. It has also proven to reduce hot flashes, and additional studies are currently underway to evaluate its potential support for menstrual health and quality of life (stress, sleep, and fatigue), as well as for menopausal bone mineral density.
TamaFlex, an ingredient targeting joint health, will also be showcased at Expo West 2026.Another ingredient is BluNAD Booster, a plant-based NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) support ingredient for healthy aging. It raises NAD+ levels while also preserving them, targeting the enzyme that consumes it — CD38.
A recent study showed that the booster outperforms the popular NAD+ precursor, nicotinamide riboside, at raising NAD+ levels. However, combining both ingredients showed synergistic effects on performance, brain health, and reduced inflammation.
For digestive health, NXT USA will showcase Digexin, a herbal-based solution “created for the GLP-1 era.” The company says that a study showed efficacy among users of the weight-loss drugs. It is a relaxant rather than a laxative, fiber, or probiotic, although it has probiotic effects such as reducing discomfort, gas, bloating, and constipation.
Lastly, TamaFlex, an ingredient targeting joint health, will also be showcased at Expo West 2026. The company says it has been clinically shown to reduce discomfort in five days. It does so by acting on multiple pathways to provide fast-acting, long-lasting comfort and to build durable cartilage architecture.
Combining botanicals and clinical research, the company aims to “provide brands with tools to stand out in a competitive market” and aligns with its four pillars of validation.
“The pillars include patient-reported outcomes that reflect how people actually feel, physician assessments that confirm observable benefits, biomarker analysis that provides objective biological proof, and physical measurements that demonstrate meaningful, measurable change,” says NXT USA.
