Live from the SupplySide West trade show in Las Vegas, US, Yubin Joo, chief representative from Samyang Corporation, introduces the company's ingredients for healthy nutrition. She presents its allulose, a low-calorie sweetener with a similar taste profile as sugar, Fiberest Resistant Dextrin — a soluble corn fiber that enhances fiber content — and a prebiotic it will launch in the next few years as the first dietary fiber in crystallin form. Joo showcases finished products with its allulose and dextrin ingredients, such as a sugar-free gummy with enhanced fibers and a refreshing kombucha.
