Overcoming protein intake challenges among seniors
Nutritioninsight spoke with Dr. Christine Yung Hung of the Department of Agricultural Economics at Ghent University about protein intake preferences among elderly adults. She presented on her research on agro-food marketing and consumer behaviour at the 40th European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) Congress, held in Madrid.
