Innovation using enzyme ingredients

Enyzbel is focused on the plant- and animal-derived enzyme space and during HiE 2018, Erwin Kooij spoke with NutritionInsight. “We are a moderate-sized company but certainly growing globally. We refine organisms for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food and beverages space and also in pet food. Quite often especially in the food and beverage markets, enzymes are used more and more in order for the end consumer to ingest less chemicals. Our enzyme ingredients are non-GMO, natural substitutes for chemicals that we are seeing a lesser demand for on the market.” The company also hopes to expand their global production capacities in 2019.
