Peyton Rudy, Fonterra’s global marketing manager of Active Living, highlights that athletes increasingly look for something beyond physical support. The company’s latest brain & body ready-to-mix powder targets physical and mental well-being, combining phospholipids with protein-fortified powder. The new product was developed through Fonterra’s athlete incubator study that obtained core consumer needs from a focus group, which were translated into concepts and prototypes.
