Challenges and Opportunities in Enzyme Solutions

Enzybel, the enzyme division of Floridienne SA and a premium supplier of plant-derived enzymes, has moved into animal-derived enzymes. The company says the move comes as it has continued to grow as a premium supplier of plant-derived enzymes, especially for the food and beverage, pet food and nutraceutical industries. As a result, according to a press release, the volumes of these products delivered by Enzybel have grown spectacularly over the last three years.
