Baïa Food showcases its novel food taste modifier at BioFach 2023

Bensadon told us about the company’s Dried Miracle Berry product, a novel food ingredient that acts as a taste modifier. Available in a powder or tablet shape, the product aims to reduce sugar intake as it modifies one’s taste receptors to perceive sour as sweet. Looking forward, Baïa Food seeks to develop the market in Europe and says that it’s receiving attention from Michelin restaurants due to the experience of the product.
