Polifenoles Naturales, S.L., better known as PoliNat, a Spanish company based in the Canary Islands, has announced the issuance of its U.S. Patent #8,367,072 for Xanthigen. The United States Patent and Trademark Office issued the patent for the application entitled "COMPOSITION FOR TREATING OBESITY AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME."
