TopGum to unveil new women’s health gummies at Vitafoods Europe 2026
Key takeaways
- TopGum introduces a new women’s health gummy line with seven formulations targeting every stage of a woman’s life, from teens to menopause.
- The gummies are plant-based and feature botanical extracts, such as shatavari and Chaste Tree berry, for effective supplementation.
- The growing focus on women’s health in supplements reflects a shift toward more proactive, science-driven wellness solutions for various life stages.
TopGum Industries has launched a new line of women’s health gummy infusions with seven formulations that cater to consumers’ needs throughout “every phase of life,” from teens to women in menopause. The company is presenting the supplements at the upcoming Vitafoods Europe 2026 trade show (May 5–7).
The core product in the new range is a cherry-flavored SRI-81 shatavari (Asparagus racemocas) gummy with vitamin D. Each gummy contains 150 mg of SRI-81 root extract and 5 mcg vitamin D.
Shatavari is an adaptogen used in Ayurveda for its ability to support women through hormonal transitions, specifically menopause. In addition to immunity, vitamin D supports bone density, which is a key concern during menopause.

“Our new women’s health line, designed by women for women, enables nutraceutical brands to launch no-added-sugar gummy supplements without compromising flavor or texture,” says Eyal Shohat, CEO of TopGum.
“Our pectin-based gummies are plant-based alternatives to gelatin, offering improved stability and clean label positioning. By delivering high-strength doses of such venerated botanicals in a flavorful fruity gummy, we provide a nutraceutical that is as effective as it is indulgent.”
Gummy line standouts
TopGum leverages its high-dose infusion capabilities to deliver a significant level of shatavari root extract — a two-gummy serving contains an amount clinically shown to help ease menopause symptoms. The botanical extract also supports new mothers through postpartum recovery and helps boost milk volume during lactation.
Another gummy in the new collection is a PMS relief gummy, featuring chaste tree berry extract (Vitex agnus-castus), with magnesium and vitamin B6. This gummy is designed to help ease some of the physical tension and emotional fluctuations associated with PMS symptoms.
Two of the heart-shaped gummies contain 300 mg of shatavari, an amount clinically shown to support new mothers through postpartum recovery. The botanical extract has been clinically shown to help reduce common symptoms, including cramping, irritability, and headaches, while magnesium helps alleviate cramps. Touted as a muscle relaxer, this mineral also works synergistically with vitamin B6 to help support mood and relieve anxiety.
Moreover, TopGum says the gummy’s raspberry lemonade flavor helps to satisfy a common PMS-driven sweet-sour craving.
“After examining the needs of consumers at a holistic level, we carefully choose the flavors and gummy matrix that complement the active ingredients to deliver the best user experience,” notes Jennifer Toomey, head of New Product Development for TopGum USA.
Another standout gummy formulation in the collection targets nausea, for example, brought on by morning sickness, hormonal imbalances, or motion. The “soothing gummy infusion” contains 25 mg of standardized ginger extract to help calm the digestive system. The gummy’s ginger flavor is paired with citrus notes.
The gummy also contains vitamin B6, which plays a role in balancing neurological signals that can trigger a sensation of nausea.
All gummies leverage TopGum’s proprietary Gummiceutical fiber-based sweetening system that can replace or reduce white sugar. The nausea-targeting gummy is sweetened with sugar as a simple carbohydrate with a lower impact on the gut.
Women’s health focus
TopGum notes that women’s health is evolving into a prominent category within supplements. Innova Market Insights data indicates a 6% annual growth in supplement launches with women’s health positionings between October 2022 and September 2025. Several B vitamins are leading ingredients in these product launches.
Shohat notes that this market shift reflects a more proactive mindset among women — particularly Millennials — who are demanding evidence-based support as they navigate their life stages.
TopGum says women’s health is evolving into a prominent category within supplements, reflecting a more proactive mindset among women.“In response, brands are beginning to address the unmet needs of women with targeted innovations addressing PMS, fertility, menopause, gut health, and more. TopGum is a trusted partner, helping brands fulfill these aspirations in the form of delicious gummies.”
Toomey adds that all formulations in the new collection have been curated to support women through every stage of their lifecycle, guided by a science-driven approach to wellness.
“The line also includes a formula targeting urinary tract infections, where the active cranberry extract also naturally contributes to its flavor appeal, as well as a prenatal chew, high-dose magnesium, and potent iron,” she adds.
In other women’s health news, Zhou Nutrition recently launched three creatine formulas that target women’s health and mental clarity. Meanwhile, Sabinsa shared new research earlier this month revealing that its beetroot extract clinically improves muscle function in postmenopausal women.
Last month, Nutrition Insight caught up with the Cycle Syncing Method’s creator to discuss how menstrual health can be optimized through nutrition to support women’s infradian rhythm that women experience through their monthly cycles.
“Your diet is a key tool that you must use to support this infradian rhythm,” Alisa Vitti told us. “You have to change your self-care routine to match your changing hormones, while men need to keep theirs the same daily to match their hormonal patterns.”
