Too much liver cold lead to Osteoporosis

The Food Standards Agency advises to limit the intake of vitamin A-rich foods after a report found that high intake could increase the risk of osteoporosis.
09/09/05 Liver regularly eaten more than once a week could cause bone disease. After a report that found a high vitamin A intake over many years could increase the risk of osteoporosis in later life, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) advised limiting the intake of vitamin A-rich foods such as liver.
FSA Scotland is also advising post-menopausal women and men over 65 to limit their vitamin A intake.
