25/02/05 SourceOne Global Partners is entering into a long-term exclusive supply agreement with China’s premier raw material extraction and supply company, Chengdu Waggott Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. SourceOne produces Sytrinol, a powerful antioxidant with numerous heart health benefits including playing a significant role as an anti-inflammatory.
“One of the keys in any company’s success is the ability to plan for its future,” says Jesse Lopez, founder, president and CEO of SourceOne. “In the case of our signature compound, Sytrinol, recent scientific findings, combined with steady growth in worldwide demand, have illuminated the need to ensure that this compound will not only be in steady supply now and in the future, but continues to be of exceptional quality.”
Chengdu Waggott is located in Sichuan Province, China’s renowned citrus growing area. Its location is critical in obtaining the freshest citrus peels necessary to obtain the polymethoxylated flavones (PMFs) at their pristine peak; citrus-derived polymethoxylated flavones are a key ingredient in Sytrinol.
“We are extremely pleased with our relationship with SourceOne Global Partners, as we believe its reputation for integrity and expertise in marketing is unsurpassed, and is complimentary to our technological and product development expertise,” comments Jun Hua, general manager of Chendu Wagott. We understand the importance of the plymethoxylated flavones component of Sytrinol and we have other proprietary products in our pipeline for which we will rely on SourceOne’s expertise to brand and introduce to the dietary supplement and functional foods market.
