Pürblack introduces peptide-powered daily multivitamin upgrade
Key takeaways
- Pürblack uses targeted peptide complexes to optimize how the liver and vascular system deliver nutrients throughout the body.
- The formula prioritizes high-bioavailability ingredients over high doses to work more efficiently with the body’s natural mechanisms.
- The brand expects peptide-enhanced supplements to become a standard industry category over the next three to five years.
Pürblack has released Multivitamin+ Peptide, a next-generation multivitamin supplement that blends easy-to-absorb vitamins and minerals with targeted peptides. The supplement brand offers minimalist formulations and focuses on bioactives like shilajit.
Unlike conventional multivitamins, Multivitamin+ Peptide includes three peptide complexes that support key areas of the body, including circulation, liver function, and antioxidant defense. Together, they help support everyday energy, resilience, and overall performance in a simple daily supplement.
“Last century science is not going to succeed in this century. The problems I see in the current multivitamin and overall supplement industry are leading to overconsumption,” Nodari Rizun, founder and CEO of Pürblack, tells Nutrition Insight.
“Companies do not see the body as a super-intelligent mechanism that can run on smaller amounts of micronutrients, deliver and store them with higher efficiency.”

Specialized peptide complexes
The Multivitamin+ Peptide formula delivers “full-spectrum” micronutrient support using advanced, bioavailable forms, methylated B vitamins, magnesium and zinc bisglycinates, vitamin D3 with vitamin K2, and Alpha-GPC choline.
The supplement carries claims including supporting energy metabolism, cognitive and nervous system health, immune function, and bone and muscle performance.
The standout feature of the Multivitamin+ Peptide formula is its inclusion of three specialized peptide complexes, each acting as a targeted signaling molecule for vital organs.

Firstly, IPH AVN (Natural Vascular Peptide Complex) serves to optimize the cardiovascular system by supporting healthy vascular tone and enhancing systemic circulation. Complementing this is the IPH LIV (Natural Liver Peptide Complex), which is designed to boost liver function and overall metabolic efficiency.
Finally, the supplement includes IPH SGS (Reduced Glutathione Dipeptide Peptide Complex) to support antioxidant defense, fortifying the body’s resilience against oxidative stress and “whole-body resilience.”
Rizun details the strategic thinking behind selecting the specific peptides and functions. “I was looking to improve the efficacy of the vitamins we deliver.”
“The idea was that if we optimize the flow of micronutrients through the vasculature, deliver them more effectively to the liver for processing and storage, and boost liver function through healthy regeneration and improved function — we’ll achieve a superior effect from the vitamin.”
Manufactured in an US FDA-registered, good manufacturing practices-certified facility and delivered in a vegetarian capsule, Pürblack states the launch reflects its “clean, no-compromise” approach to daily nutrition.
New category directions
From a formulation standpoint, Rizun addresses important challenges when combining peptides.
“It takes a very long time to distinguish high-quality, natural, non-synthetic peptides from a large number of synthetic and illegal peptides that are widely available,” he notes. “It took a lot of effort and scientific expertise to select, identify, and combine high-quality natural and non-synthetic peptides.”
We ask Rizun if he sees peptide-enhanced multivitamins as an emerging category direction, or as a solution best suited to performance-driven consumers, specifically.
“It depends on time,” he says. “Right now, the industry lacks the knowledge and capacity to incorporate peptides into multivitamins. I think it will take three to five years for peptide-driven multivitamins to start forming a category.”
Formulation spotlight on peptides
Peptides are a desirable inclusion for their high specificity and low toxicity. Acting as versatile biological messengers, they can be engineered to trigger diverse physiological responses, ranging from tissue regeneration and collagen synthesis to systemic metabolic regulation.
As such, they can support skin health, muscle synthesis and repair, satiety and weight management, immune modulation, and bone health.
Rousselot’s Nextida GC collagen peptides, in particular, were designed to control the “glucose rollercoaster” in healthy individuals and share strategies to manage glucose fluctuations. This specific collagen composition enhances GLP-1 secretion more effectively than the 16 other peptide candidates the company tested.
Targeting mood and brain health, Nuritas launched PeptiSleep, a natural plant peptide ingredient derived from rice bran protein that supports all stages of sleep by reducing cortisol.
