29/04/05 Pilgrim's Pride Corporation is introducing a new product line that makes it easier for consumers to find and enjoy healthy poultry products.
Every day, scores of articles are published about the need for a more healthy diet. It is said that nearly 65 percent of adults and 15 percent of children, aged 6 to 19, are overweight, and nearly a third (31 percent) of adults are classified as obese.
The name, EatWellStayHealthy(TM), tells consumers clearly and instantly what they get when they make a purchase.
All eight different EatWellStayHealthy(TM) choices prominently display the American Heart Association's mark of approval on the package.
