New Scientific Findings Confirm Peptan Benefits on Bone and Skin Health

12/06/09 To precisely and objectively assert the benefits of Peptan hydrolysed collagen on bone and skin health, Rousselot commissioned various scientific studies with renowned specialized laboratories.
Recent results of these studies have shown promising results across a range of indicators and they appreciably strengthen Peptan Hydrolyzed Collagen credibility as a major ingredient for the bone health and nutricosmetics sectors.
Their results will be detailed during Nutrevent exhibition, taking place in Lille, France, from 17th to 18th June 2009, and more specifically at a Conference (within the Nutriconference program), during a Symposium and at the Rousselot stand:
• The conference will present the results of current studies on the positive effects of Peptan Hydrolyzed collagen on bone health.
It will be held by Pr Daniel Tomé, Professor of Human Nutrition at AgroParisTech (Paris Institute of Technology for life, Food, and environmental Sciences), President of the department of Life Sciences and Health, Head of the Laboratory (UMR INRA 914) Nutrition Physiology and Feeding Behavior. It will take place at 10 am, Thursday 18th.
• The Symposium will present the results of Rousselot clinical studies. These have just revealed that regular intake of Peptan Hydrolysed Collagen improves skin hydration, reduces the number of micro relief furrows and prevents the formation of deep wrinkles. Full details of these clinical studies, origins and grades of Peptan used and additional statistics will be given during the Symposium.
• On Rousselot stand located at the space C5, visitors will have the opportunity to access the results of the scientific studies and to experience Peptan Hydrolysed Collagen. Different formulae using marine collagen will be demonstrated:
- Flavoured Collagen Beauty Booster sticks will be presented in a case. Their formulae have been developed in partnership with Laboratoire PYC, a specialist in dietary products and food supplements.
- Peptan Collagen Concentrate, 33% concentrated solution of hydrolyzed collagen developed and packed by novaPHARM Laboratoire. It will be presented as Unicadoses developed and patented by Esquiss packaging ampoules.
