New Amaranthus Supplement Hits Market

The product release comes after a recent clinical study confirmed that the dietary supplementation of nitrate from a natural extract of Amaranthus species nicknamed “red spinach,” results in a significant increase in plasma nitrite that ultimately enhances nitric oxide.
The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover-designed clinical research confirmed that dietary supplementation of nitrate with the “red spinach” extract (RSE) can result in a significant increase in plasma nitrite and thus nitric oxide.
In OxyStorm, Arjuna Natural Extracts Ltd. aims to have developed the purest form of RSE. OxyStorm is the first nitrate supplement extracted from the leafy green, known to hold many health benefits according to Indian medicine tradition.
