Harvest Selects 100% Whole Grain is the latest in a line of multi-grain breads offered by Mrs Baird's and continues the tradition of hand twisting each loaf of bread, a special commitment to quality that helped make Mrs Baird's the best selling bread in Texas.

In January, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) teamed-up and released the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005.
