17 Feb 2022 --- Environmental conditions can affect the nutrient content of broccoli and kale microgreens. This is according to researchers from US-based ACS Food Science and Technology who observed that kale and broccoli microgreens had variable amounts of phytonutrient compound content when comparing the two growth environments.
