Health Canada Approves Denomega Products for Use in Food and Beverages

23/03/07 Denomega Nutritional Oils has announced that its taste and odor free Omega-3 products are approved by Health Canada for use in most foods.
The approval allows for use of the ingredient up to Health Canada’s general guidance limit at 100 mg combined DHA and EPA Omega-3 per serving food.
“The formal approval is important for our prospective customers in Canada”, says Thomas Grys, Denomega’s CEO. “Denomega 100 products are already in use in over 50 commercial food products around the world and offer the market a taste free, safe and cost effective solution to add these healthy nutrients to people’s diet without impacting taste”.
