Good Times announces conversion from frozen Coleman all-natural beef patties to all-natural fresh product
Under the premise of "Fresh Never Frozen," Good Times continues to increase the variety of freshness and fresh ingredients used to meet their customers' needs.
11/07/05 Good Times Restaurants Inc. has announced the conversion from frozen Coleman all-natural beef patties to an all-natural fresh product. Under the premise of "Fresh Never Frozen," Good Times continues to increase the variety of freshness and fresh ingredients used to meet their customers' needs. "This adds to the line-up of outstanding fresh ingredients that we use across our menu," said Eric Reinhard, Chairman and Chief Development Officer. "We already have a broad variety of fresh items in our restaurants such as fresh-squeezed lemonade, fresh frozen custard made every two hours, fresh leaf lettuce, tomato, and Bermuda onion cut and prepared each morning. So, moving from frozen Coleman to fresh Coleman all-natural beef is a natural next step for us."

"Coleman now supplies and produces fresh all-natural beef patties for Good Times, controlling the quality assurance and safety of our product from the ranch to our restaurants with rigorous protocols, certification, testing, and a state-of-the-art facility. The frozen product has been outstanding and now the fresh beef improves upon that in taste and overall quality."
Good Times was the first in the quick serve restaurant category to introduce Coleman all-natural beef in 2004. Since the introduction of Coleman branded beef, Good Times has enjoyed strong same store sales growth and positive consumer feedback. Moving to fresh Coleman all-natural beef hamburgers seems...well, only natural.
Good Times Restaurants Inc. has 40 restaurants, mostly in Colorado serving high-quality, 100% all-natural Coleman beef burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fresh frozen custard.
