29 May 2015 --- By cooperating with the research team in Southeast University of China, Fenchem R&D has launched a new technology in treating active ingredients, Active Carrier System, providing more possibilities of these ingredients in food and beverage, nutraceuticals and cosmetics application.
Generally, active ingredient has strong activity, which provides it more power, also makes it easy to be affected by the surroundings.
Active carrier system is a solution to solve the problems of active ingredients in application, like oxidation, poor solubility in water or oil, color changing, unpleasant odor, strong irritation and etc., by encapsulating these ingredients to a sub-micron structure.
This technology can enhance the physical and chemical stability of active ingredients, increase the utilization rate by controlled release, as well as easy to use.
The R&D team has successfully applied this technology in plenty of ingredients, like CoQ10, resveratrol, glutathione, lipoic acid, and vitamins. The treated ingredients show apparent advantages in cosmetic applications
