Fenchem Expanding with New USA Office

23/08/07 Fenchem is aiming to double its US turnover over the next three years with the opening of its new office in Chino, Los Angeles, USA. The new office establishment can guarantee the company has a large warehouse system in the USA, which will make product prices more competitive and allow the products to reach customers' warehouse within two to three days in all of North America.

Fenchem currently holds about 40 and 30 per cent share of the US and North American sodium hyaluronate markets, respectively, prior to the office opening.

Having previously reported success in supplying the US dietary supplements industry with sodium hyaluronate(HyaMax), IP certified natural vitamin E (Tocovet) and phytosterol (Cholevel), lutein beadlet (LuMarin) and lycopene beadlet (Nutra-Red), Fenchem now will focus on the Functional food market and has developed some new products intended to be applied in food and beverage products, such as Inulin (In-fibre), Vitamin E succinate (Tocovet), Rosemary extract (EssenRose) and Omega-3 fatty acids (OmaCare) and more.

HyaMax especially is significant, as their is clinical evidence of its uptake and distribution to connective tissues, which supports the application of HA in dietary supplements or functional foods designed for joint and skin health.
