Chemi Nutra Introduces Novel, Water Dispersible PS for Functional Beverages

10/10/07 Chemi Nutra has announced the introduction of SerinAid Disperse 1.5F, a novel, water dispersible PS, designed for use in functional beverages. PS is considered the safest, most scientifically studied natural nutraceutical in existence for maintaining and improving cognitive abilities – concentration, learning, memory, recall, and focus – as well as benefiting dementia, mood, stress, and behavioral attention deficits. And PS has been granted two qualified health claims by the FDA, related to cognitive dysfunction and dementia in the elderly.
SerinAid Disperse 1.5F was developed in collaboration with Ingredient Innovations International (3i), Wooster, OH, a world leader in ingredient nanoparticle technology. “About ten years ago, we began working with 3i to perfect a stable, concentrated, highly bioavailable, liposomal PS.
