26/04/07 Previous research from the University of Connecti-cut has shown that taking two grams each day of L-Carnitine delivered as Carnipure tartrate promotes recovery after exercise. A new study from the same research group released in the February/March 2007 issue of the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research now demonstrates that taking only one gram each day of L-Carnitine in the form of Carnipure tartrate also significantly reduces metabolic stress, minimizes muscle damage and promotes recovery after resistance exercise.
