Chocolate Raspberry Bars: These delicious bars are packed with protein and contain 0.65g of CoroWise plant sterol esters, 7g Prolisse soy protein isolate and 2g of fiber from Oliggo-Fiber inulin per bar. CoroWise plant sterols have been clinically shown to help lower cholesterol when consumed as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, and research indicates that 8g inulin per day helps to increase calcium absorption among preteens and postmenopausal women.
Strawberry Chewy Granola Bars: This great-tasting snack bar is made with 10 percent whole grains and is a good source of calcium and fiber. It contains Xtend sucromalt, a natural sweetener that delivers the full energy of regular sugar but is digested more slowly for sustained energy and low glycemic response. The bar also contains ActiStar RT resistant starch, which increases dietary fiber and contributes no off flavors to the finished product.
Sugar-free Mint Patties: These sugar-free patties, containing erythritol, indulge consumers while addressing nutritional concerns. Each patty provides a good source of fiber and has 50 percent fewer calories compared to full sugar. In addition, the patties include Regenasure glucosamine, which is produced from vegetable source and is the only non-animal, non-shellfish glucosamine. Glucosamine is a key building block of joints. It is an important constituent of connective tissues and is used to promote joint health.
Asian Ginger Trail Mix: With 7g of protein, this savory snack qualifies for a “Good Source of Protein” statement on the package label. This colorful mix – lightly glazed with a balance of herbs and spices that offer a warm and tangy flavor – gets 5.6g of its protein from Prolisse Soy Crunch soy protein crisp.
Energy Sport Punch: Consumers of all ages are looking for more energy – and 30 percent of consumers are most likely to use a beverage when trying to prevent a lack of energy (Natural Marketing Institute). Cargill beverage scientists and ingredient, sensory and flavor experts teamed up to develop this great-tasting beverage. It contains trehalose and Xtend isomaltulose. Xtend isomalulose can help provide a sustained source of energy.
Surprisingly Invisible Oliggo-Fiber Inulin Beverage Blend Sticks: This convenient, on-the-go beverage blend with Oliggo-Fiber inulin makes it easy for consumers to incorporate calcium into their diets – simply stir one pouch into eight fluid ounces of water. A single serving provides a good source of calcium, which helps build and maintain healthy bones. In addition, each serving contains 3g inulin. Research indicates that 8g inulin per day helps increase calcium absorption among preteens and postmenopausal women.
Fruit Chews: Three of these delicious, fruity chews deliver 0.75g of beta-glucan from Cargill’s Barliv barley betafiber, which clinical trials have shown to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels similar to oats, when consumed as part of a low saturated fat, low cholesterol diet. Cargill has filed a health claim petition with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the relationship between the consumption of Barliv barley betafiber and a reduced risk of heart disease. In addition, each serving of this product contains 2g Oliggo-Fiber inulin.

Leci PS soy lecithin phosphatidylserine recently received GRAS status (Generally Regarded As Safe) in the United States.
