Azelis and Indena Partner in Romania and Moldova
11 Mar 2014 --- Indena, the world’s leading producer of plant derived active principles for use in the pharmaceutical, health-food, and personal care industries, and Azelis, the leading global speciality chemicals distributor, announce that Azelis will distribute Indena’s pharma and health-food ingredients in Romania and Moldova.
The deal is part of Indena’s strategy to expand its global presence in the pharma and health-food markets, by collaborating with high-value partners to complement its own sales efforts. Indena and Azelis have been working together for many years in the Spanish and Portuguese market and under this agreement the two companies will jointly work to provide the Romanian and Moldovan markets with the excellent products and services that both companies are known for.
