20 Apr 2016 --- Activ’Inside will be launching its new synergistic bioavailable solution, Memophenol, for memory improvement next month.
Memophenol is a French proprietary patent-pending solution carefully designed to improve cognitive performances, preventing the onset of memory loss and improving memory operations. It is composed of French grape (Vitis vinifera) and wild blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium) extracts – specific ingredients with scientifically proven beneficial effects on learning and memory impairments.
It was evaluated in a large scale bi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled clinical study. The trial was performed for 6 months on more than 200 people, based on CANTAB tests from Cambridge Cognition (Verbal Recall Memory test and Paired Associated Learning test).
• Reduces short-term memory loss: The Memophenol group forgot 2.5x fewer words than the placebo group.
• Improves long-term memory performances: People taking Memophenol made 2x fewer memory errors after 6 months of supplementation.
• Reverses up to 10 years of brain aging: The Memophenol group showed a score corresponding to cognitive age of 50 to 59 years, whereas placebo one kept a mean score equivalent to people between 60 to 69 years old.
Memophenol development is scientifically supported by two new scientific articles written by Bensalem et al., on the beneficial effects of berry polyphenols on cognitive impairment.
