At this year’s Natural Products Expo West (NPEW), gut and brain health ingredients dominated the show floor, with endless innovations in healthier beverages and snacks supported by scientific evidence. During the California-based show (March 12 – 16), exhibitors presented convenient and healthy ready-to-eat meals and a wide range of plant-based proteins and dairy amid a substantial offer of sustainable, high-quality animal-based products.
