GoodMills Innovation has launched two grain-based functional ingredients that are unique in flexibility in applications as part of its new RutinX product portfolio. Made from Tartary Buckwheat, a pseudo-cereal, they can be used as flour or crispies in classic bakery products, but are also well-suited to other applications such as pasta, dairy, fitness beverages and confectionery, as an ingredient that helps support metabolism.
