Tell Your Body Who's The Boss - Special K Helps You Be Your Best Self With Simple Shape-Management Solutions
While some women can continually meet their weight goals, research reveals that most experience a seemingly endless cycle of hope and defeat across the day and week in pursuit of success.
17/11/06 Millions of women have been there. With best intentions for healthy eating top of mind, they start out the week with high hopes for meeting their weight-management goals. But by Tuesday at 3 p.m., tummies are grumbling, and many can be found in the same place -- in front of the comforting hum of a vending machine in search of a quick "fix" they'll later regret. Hunger often trumps women's otherwise steadfast dedication to making nutritious eating choices. And this seemingly endless struggle is very real, as research reveals that weight-conscious women's eating habits can swing drastically from good to bad across the day and throughout the week.
Now, there are new great-tasting options. Special K2O Protein Waters, Special K Protein Meal Bars and Special K Protein Snack Bars are available in November in Diet and Nutrition Sections of grocery and drug stores. These protein-enhanced products, including the first broadly available brand of protein water, are just one more way that Special K is surrounding women with options for managing their shapes without skimping on great taste or convenience.
"The more we can offer simplicity while taking the sacrifice out of dieting, the easier it is for women to pursue their shape-management programs," said Mark Baynes, senior vice president, marketing, Morning Foods Division, Kellogg Company. "Special K's new protein- nhanced products offer delicious, convenient and wholesome solutions to help consumers stay on track to achieve their weight goals," "Be Your Best Self".
