The chocolates are supplied in the form of ready-to-use 35g bars. The formulae have been especially developed for an energy-reduced diet. Each bar provides 10g of proteins and 0.3g of sugars on average. The chocolates contain three times fewer carbohydrates than traditional dark chocolate. The content in fibres is twice more than the one in a classic chocolate. Indeed, the chocolate provides more than 7g of fibres!
