Gelita also noted that bioactive peptides promote the formation of collagen.

The company also anticipated a surge in demand for fortified gummies and collagen ingredients, resulting in limited supply. To address the burgeoning markets, Gelita developed Soluform, which allows for higher protein content and lower sugar solutions.
