First Sugar Free, All Natural Pastry Products Introduced
18 Dec 2015 --- The first sugar free all natural products have been introduced. IN TOUCH, a Cyprus based company, has created these unique food products, under the brand Ygia Natural Health. Ygia means health in Greek. In particular, the company has created two Sugar Free All Natural Products using pure natural ingredients.
The two include: Chocolate Mousse and Pure Vanilla Cream. After three years of research, IN TOUCH has managed to produce a 100% natural ingredients pastry and baking product mixes. Driven originally by the philosophy of natural food of its founder, Constantinos Argyrides, the products follow the current trends for clean label food products, which tends to become the new standards of the food Industry.
In the planning of their mixes, they took into consideration the Glycemic Index and Fiber content of the Food Ingredients that they use, choosing only the ones that had very low Glycemic index, but with the highest possible fiber content. The formulation mixes of IN TOUCH are custom-designed, complex blends of ingredients for the purpose of encouraging health and wellness. They combined natural sweeteners, native starches, gums, fibers, botanicals, and natural flavors and colors that contributed greatly to achieving their results.

A full series of pastry mixes have already been introduced into the High End Pastry Shops, with excellent feedback from customers. The pastry products have achieved the desired texture, and passed through a series of consistency and robust freeze thaw stability tests.
