07/11/06 ETS Laboratories has developed a new analytical tool for wineries interested in measuring healthful antioxidants in their wine. The ETS analysis quantifies the primary antioxidants associated with the widely accepted belief that moderate wine consumption can promote good health. This recognition has provided significant benefits to the wine industry including increased consumption of red wines.
