Enzymotec Develops a Simple Stability Test for Krill Oil

2/8/2011 --- Enzymotec has announced the development of a simple stability test for Krill Oil. This message follows a previous announcement made by the company regarding the voluntary adoption of TMA and TVN specification levels of its Krill oil products.
"We are happy to inform our customers that now they can have a simple test to validate the quality and stability of our Krill over time and under accelerated conditions. That simple test measures Krill oil complex susceptibility to oxidation and allows comparing between different sources of Krill if necessary."
