CoffeeFruit Pure and Ingredients By Nature sign supplier agreement
18 Oct 2017 --- CoffeeFruit Pure, maker of “pure and sustainable” antioxidant ingredients, has announced its partnership with Ingredients By Nature, which it describes as “a leading manufacturer of innovative, science-based ingredients and ingredient solutions.” The partnership makes CoffeeFruit Pure the exclusive supply source of premium coffee fruit for Ingredients By Nature.
Coffee fruit is described by CoffeeFruit Pure as one of the world’s most potent superfruits, with the company particularly noting how it surpasses other superfruits in both phenolic and chlorogenic acid content. The company’s namesake antioxidant-rich ingredient was launched earlier this month. Heidi Rosenberg, spokesperson for the company, told NutritionInsight at the time: “CoffeeFruit Pure has perfected a proprietary process that ‘up-cycles’ the otherwise discarded outer coffee fruit into a potent and wholesome nutritional ingredient.”
“The current challenge is educating the market about this ingredient. Everyone is familiar with coffee beans, but the amazing health support benefits of CoffeeFruit Pure are not widely known. CoffeeFruit Pure is working to bring more awareness to this potent antioxidant ingredient,” Rosenberg added.
Identifying a distributor with similar values

CoffeeFruit Pure currently offers its coffee fruit as powder, tea cut or liquid extract products. It may be used in food, beverage, dietary supplement and personal care products. It is also suited for applications as a flavor in beverages such as energy drinks, teas, beer and protein shakes.
Working with Ingredients By Nature, CoffeeFruit Pure expects to be able to deliver an increasingly diverse portfolio of coffee fruit products to suit the various needs of the companies’ US customers.
